Our number one priority will always be the safety and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers and the public we serve.
This is a particularly difficult time for all and we would like to reassure that we are taking the necessary steps to mitigate the impact to our core foodbank services. We are closely following advice set out by the NHS and the UK and Scottish Governments and making necessary operational changes as required. You can find the most up to date information on how to stay safe here, using any links available:

To protect the health and wellbeing of our volunteers and clients, and to make sure that we can continue to provide our essential service to the public during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will be moving to a delivery service with effect from Tuesday 31st March. Deliveries to clients will be operated by a third-party agency, working in partnership with our team.
Foodbank CLOSURES include: South Queensferry, Pilton, Rannoch, Grassmarket, Broughton, Prestonfield and Craigmillar.
Tollcross will remain OPEN on Mondays 2pm-4pm and Thursdays 10am – 12noon at Central Hall, 2 West Tolcross, EH3 9BP.
We appreciate that this is an extremely difficult time for all, particularly those who are already living in food poverty. If you would like to donate to our foodbank you can do so here.
We have informed our referral agencies and stakeholders of required changes to our operations and will continue to do so. We will continue to monitor information and advice released by the government in relation to the spread and containment of COVID-19 and will provide relevant updates on this page. We may have to make changes at very short notice and will do our best to keep all parties updated as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your continued support during this challenging time.
