Mental Health Support

This is a course for people with mild to moderate anxiety who are looking to understand and manage their anxiety symptoms, and have an opportunity to practice some techniques in a supportive group.

The referral process is very simple, just call or email using the details on the flyer (see below).

Anyone can call for themselves or email their name and phone number or (with permission) a foodbank volunteer can do so on their behalf, and they will be contacted as soon as possible.

The course will start on Monday 26 August 12-2pm and run for 6 weeks, then a month later in a catch-up session.
